Are the prices are with VAT included?
Sales tax or VAT may be charged, depending on where you live. Companies from Europe can use their VAT ID (UID number) to purchase without VAT.
Should I get Pay-as-you-go credits or a subscription?
For one-off podcast and audio needs, pay as you go credits are a great option.
For larger or ongoing audio (Ex. weekly episodes) needs, you'll save on every episode that you process with a subscription.
What happens if I don't use all my subscription credits each month?
If at the end of the month you have not used all of your subscription credits, the remaining credits roll over to the next month—so you can still use them.
You can roll over up to 3 × your monthly credit budget. For instance, if you are subscribed to the 10h / month plan, you get 10h credits each month and on top of that you can roll over up to 30h credits from previous months.
How do you bill credits?
Billing is based on the duration of the audio files, the minimum processing time for billing is 1min. We round credit upwards. If you process a 10min 20sec audio file, we bill 11 minutes.
If you upload multi-track files, we currently don't charge extra, however in the future, this will change.
I have purchased both Subscription and Pay as you Go Credits. Which will be used first?
The subscription credit will be consumed first. If you have no more subscription credits left (or not enough to cover the current upload), we will then consume the pay as you go credits.
Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription any time.
Note: If you cancel your subscription, unused subscription credits can only be used until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you support?
We use Paddle for all sales. Paddle support all major Credit Cards, PayPal & Apple Pay.
Are credits charged if uploading fails?
No, you will not be charged if the uploads fails.
Do I get discount for processing huge amount of audio (1000h+/month) ?

How long do you save my uploaded files?
We store both your original and edited files for 7 days. After 7 days, we remove your files permanently.
