What is the difference between Markers and Timestamp?
Markers show where Cleanvoice has edited your audio and Timestamps show you what Cleanvoice would edit out.
How can I use Markers?
Add your cleaned audio by Cleanvoice into your editor and then load the markers. Then listen the segments of audio where you see the edits and then fine-tune the edit if necessary.
How can I use Timestamps?
Add your raw audio (the audio which you uploaded) into your editor and import the timestamps. Then listen to the different timestamps and manually delete the audio segments. If necessary, fine-tune the timestamps. Currently, we mark the filler words, stutters and mouth sounds in the timestamp. We don't highlight deadair in the timestamp
How long do you save my uploaded files?
We store both your original and edited files for 7 days. After 7 days, we remove your files permanently.
